How can i track my order?
You should receive your package within 3-5 working days. Should you be unable to receive the package, please do access the Tracking Page for further details.  You can track your order by following these steps: Order Confirmation Email - Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email with your order details and the tracking details. Order History - Log in to your account and go to the "My Purchase" section to check your order status and tracking details.  Tracking Link - You can access the Tracking Page to monitor the delivery status.  Order Statuses: Pending Processing: Your order has been received but pending process by our logistic partners. Can I change my delivery address or change/cancel my order if it hasn't been shipped yet.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. We recommend double-checking your address before confirming your order to avoid any issues.  If you need further assistance,  kindly contact  Touch 'n Go Careline +603-2714 8888 (Mon-Fri 8.00 am – 8.00 pm) / email to careline@touchngo.com.my or submit your inquiry through the Touch 'n Go e-Customer Service Form for further assistance.   Please note, you are not allowed to change the delivery address, products and quantities from the order. 
What do I do if my product is faulty?
If your order is faulty and not able to use:  Capture images/ videos of the product functionalities as proof. Retain the original packaging, as it may be needed for further verification. Note down the Order ID, Tracking Number Immediately reach out / contact our Touch 'n Go Careline team or submit your inquiry through the Touch 'n Go e-Customer Service Form or
visit our Touch 'n Go Service and Sales Centres, at Bangsar South or Nu Sentral for further assistance.  We will review your case and assist you with the next steps. 
Why is it my account locked?
Your account may be locked due to multiple login attempts. To unlock your account, you may need to wait for 24 hours, and try to access the page again. If the issue still persists, reach out to our Touch 'n Go Careline +603-2714 8888 (Mon-Fri 8.00 am – 8.00 pm)/  email to careline@touchngo.com.my or submit your request at

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it's yet fulfilled after a successful order. To do so, follow these steps: 1. Log in to your account and go to the "My Purchase" section.
2. Select the order you want to cancel and click "Cancel Order" button.
3. If the cancel option is unavailable, it means your order has already been processed and cannot be canceled. The order status has changed from "Pending Processing" to "Processing".
