How can i change my email address linked to my account?
Unfortunately, the registered email address with Touch 'n Go Shop cannot be changed.

If needed, you may need to contact our Touch 'n Go Careline +603-2714 8888 (Mon-Fri 8.00 am – 8.00 pm)/  email to careline@touchngo.com.my or submit your request at Touch 'n Go e-Customer Service Form to perform delete or deactivate your account and have to create with a new one. However, please note that this action will result in the loss of all past order history.  This restriction is in place to enhance account security and minimize the risk of unauthorized access or fraudelent activity. 
I didn't receive the account activation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder for the email. If it's not there, request a new activation email from the login page or contact to our

Why is it my account locked?
Your account may be locked due to multiple login attempts. To unlock your account, you may need to wait for 24 hours, and try to access the page again. How do i delete my account?
To delete your account, please contact to our Touch 'n Go Careline +603-2714 8888 (Mon-Fri 8.00 am – 8.00 pm)/  email to careline@touchngo.com.my or submit your request at
Touch 'n Go e-Customer Service Form . Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove your order history, and personal information from our system. 
I can't login to my account. What should I do?
Ensure you're using the correct email and password. If you're still unable to login:
- Reset your password using the "Forgot Password" link here.
- Clear your browser cache or try logging in from a different browser.

How to update my account information?
Login to your account and navigate to the "My Account" page.
From there, you can update your personal details, shipping address, billing address *except Date of Birth.
Remember to save your changes before exiting.
How do I sign in/out?
Access the Login Page and enter your registered email address and password to sign-in. To sign-out, click on your profile icon and select "Sign-Out". How can i reset password?
Click on the "Forgot Passowrd" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you an email with instructions to reset your password. What can I do if I forgot my login password?
If you forgot your password:  1. Go to the login page and click on "Forgot Password"
2. Enter your registered email address and follow the instruction to reset your password.
3. Check your inbox from the registered email address for the password reset link and create a new password.
