• Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared.
• Ready to Ship: Your order has been picked and packed, ready for our courier to pick up. 
• Out for Delivery: Your order has been picked up and out for delivery.
• Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.
• Unsuccessful Delivery: Your order has been not successfully delivered.
• Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled.
• Refund Submitted: A refund request has been submitted successfully.
