Why I can't place order to my delivery address?
We currently support delivery to selected regions within West Malaysia only.
Can i purchase in bulk?
Yes! If you would like to purchase in bulk for your business, please submit your order from the Bulk Order Inquiry Form , and our Sales Agent will assist you accordingly.
How can i track my order?
You should receive your package within 3-5 working days. Should you be unable to receive the package, please do access the Tracking Page for further details.
You can track your order by following these steps:
Order Confirmation Email - Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email with your order details and the tracking details.
Order History - Log in to your account and go to the "My Purchase" section to check your order status and tracking details.
Tracking Link - You can access the Tracking Page to monitor the delivery status.

When will my order be shipped out?
Your order will be processed upon checkout, and the delivery lead time is about 3- 5 working days.

Why was my online order showing "Pending Payment"? How do I pay for it?
Your order status may show as "Pending Payment" due to the following reasons:
1. Payment was not completed successfully.
2. Network or bank issues caused a delay in processing. If your payment is pending, please wait for 10 minutes as the payment authorization still in progress.
It will be automatically cancelled after 10 minutes if the payment was not completed successful.

Can I change my delivery address or change/cancel my order if it hasn't been shipped yet.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. We recommend double-checking your address before confirming your order to avoid any issues.

How do I add/ make changes to my shopping cart?
To add a product to your shopping cart, select the desired product and quantity, then click the "Add to Cart" button.

What kind of emails will I receive about my order?
After you have placed your order at Touch 'n Go Shop, you will receive the following email messages:
Order Confirmation: You should receive this confirmation within minutes after placing your order.
Order Shipping: This means that your order has been shipped from our warehouse and is on the way.
Order Cancellation: Order has been cancelled.
How do I checkout?
Our simple checkout process is designed to help you complete your order and finalise your online shopping visit quickly and easily.

Next up is the payment information. You can pay either with a Credit/ Debit card, Online Payment (FPX) or Touch 'n Go eWallet.
