Shipping cost
There will be RM 5 flat rate for each order within 0.5 kg, any additional 0.5 kg will need to pay an extra RM 1.50. 
Delivery time
Klang Valley: within 3 working days.
Outside Klang Valley: within 5 working days. To track your order, please input your tracking number on the Tracking Page.
Please note, all of our order are shipped on working days only. 
How do I track my order or delivery status?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your order online.  There may be some delay between the status of an order being updated on the website, however, the carrier usually updates their information within one business day.  You will then be able to track your order via the Tracking Page.
Why is my order late?
We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery. Here are some reasons your delivery might be late: Your order was shipped during our sales and promotions season. You ordered more than one product. In exceptional circumstances your order may arrive in different packages and on different dates. Your order was placed during a local public holiday. There were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control. Do you want to find out the current delivery status of your order? You can easily track the status of your order on the Tracking Page.
What should I do if I am unable to receive the product at the time of delivery?
If you are unable to receive the product at the time of delivery, our delivery team will try to re-deliver at another date (*usually the next day).  Should you need any further assistance, please kindly contact our Touch 'n Go Careline +603-2714 8888 (Mon-Fri 8.00 am – 8.00 pm) / email to careline@touchngo.com.my or submit your inquiry through the Touch 'n Go e-Customer Service Form for further assistance.
What should I do if I received the wrong order?
If you placed your order from our online shop and received the wrong product, please kindly contact our Touch 'n Go Careline +603-2714 8888 (Mon-Fri 8.00 am – 8.00 pm) / email to careline@touchngo.com.my or submit your inquiry through the Touch 'n Go e-Customer Service Form for further assistance. 
How to add/remove my shipping address
To add shipping address, please login to your account and go to the "My Account" section. 
Click on the "Add New Address", fill in the required details and save the changes.  To remove a Shipping Address, navigate to the address book section, select the address you want to remove and click delete. 
I have not received my package after the promised date and time.
Check the tracking information provided in your Confirmation Email to your registered account, and contact our Touch 'n Go Careline team or submit your inquiry through the
Touch 'n Go e-Form with your order number for assistance.  Possible reasons for the delayed:
1. Unexpected delays due to weather, holiday, or unforeseen logistical issues.
2. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout.
3. High volume period such as sales or promotional event may cause delays.
What are the delivery methods available?
We are currently on support only 1 delivery method (Standard Delivery) which delivery lead time is within 3-5 working days (exclude the lead time for any reship orders) Note: Any orders that required to be reshipped will be considered as a new order request, and the delivery lead will follows as 3-5 working days.
