    I find the Touch ’n Go Charm very practical and convenient, especially when commuting between MRT and LRT services. I attach it to my pouch or employee ID lanyard, making it easy to tap without having to take out my card every time.
    Previously, I had to frequently remove and insert my Touch ’n Go card from my SmartTAG device, which eventually caused wear and peeling on the card. With the charm, that issue is eliminated.
    The charm is compact, lightweight, and can be attached almost anywhere that is convenient. I also like the nostalgic design, which brings back memories for millennials like me.
    I would recommend that Touch ’n Go introduce more charms featuring Malaysian-themed designs, local landmarks, culture, and heritage. It would make the product even more appealing for users and collectors alike.
